Guaranteed issue health insurance serves millions of Americans |

The emergency agenda for the emergency meeting of the Board of Directors included the issue of health insurance for its employees, especially the ones who unfortunately have preexisting conditions. The president Mr. William Roberts was insistent on insurance coverage for all employees, even those who have a pre existing condition. Federal laws do not mandate for insurers to provide insurance coverage to people with a preexisting condition.
Another very disturbing fact had come from the survey conducted by the HR of the company that identified workers with preexisting conditions. A number of workers had tried to obtain medical insurance despite their medical problems. Rising costs of health care and preexisting condition stipulations makes affordability an expensive proposition. The only solution would be a health insurance plan with pre existing condition acceptance policy. Insurers turned down the Management Company despite their willingness to pay high premiums. In their desperation, and being rejected time and again due to certain employees medical maladies, the company had landed into the trap carefully laid by dishonest merchants.
